O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner /accused namely, Sakthivel died on 13.04.2023 and as such, there is no purpose in proceeding with the petition. He has also produced a copy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner to that effect.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
