ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the bid of the petitioner without insisting for production of worksite inspection certificate. The tender notification dated 19.04.2025 was issued inviting bids for construction of widening and upgradation of Panchayat Roads and as per the condition of the tender notification, the bidder has to upload work inspection certificate along with all relevant documents.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the technical bid of the petitioner was rejected stating that the petitioner was not technically qualified and the work was entrusted to the successful bidder and the work has been completed as of today. In light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication.
