Respondents/Respondants/Defendants (in Both Cases) Common Prayer :- These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal orders dated 18.03.2019 in I.A.No.619 and 618 of 2018 in O.S. No.305 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petitions are coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai. vide the letter in D.No.793/21 dated 09-12-2021, this Court made the following order.

"A report called for from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai, has been furnished in which the learned Judge Seeks further time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.305 of 2020.
