2.According to the learned counsel for the respondents the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the posting in respect of the Social Case Work Expert has already been filled up.

3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.15655 and 15656 of 2017 are closed.
