ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of the case in Crime No.162 of 2022 pending on the file of the 4th respondent police and entrust the same to the 3rd respondent with a direction to investigate into the matter and file a charge sheet in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that proper investigation was not taken by the 2nd respondent at the time of making enquiry under Section 174 Cr.P.C.,

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that 23 witnesses have been examined and the investigation will be completed within the time stipulated by this 2/5

Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact 23 witnesses have already been examined, transfer of investigation is not required. Let the investigation be completed by the respondent concerned police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
