ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5979 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025, for the petitioner to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for executing the sureties by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by fifteen days from the date of uploading of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
