This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to Impugned result published by the 2nd respondent through online dated 09.09.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to select the petitioner as a meritorious candidate in the Common Recruitment of Gr.II Police Constables, Gr.II Jail Warders & Firemen - 2017.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been informed by letter dated 11.12.2017 that he has been provisionally selected for the post of Grade II Police Constable (AR) for the year 2017 and a copy of the said letter has been produced before this Court. 4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
