Thomas, (Female, Minor aged about 16 years), detenu in the present case before this Court and consequently hand over her custody to the petitioner. For Petitioner :

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name T.Valarmathi, aged about 16 years, found missing from 11.08.2021 and suspecting that the third respondent has abducted her, the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken to secure the detenu. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenu has been secured and produced before this Court and on enquiry, she has stated that she left the house for the purpose of employment and now, she wants to go with her mother, the petitioner herein. The mother of the deteu is also present before this Court and stated that she will take care of the detenu.

3. Considering the fact that the detenu has been secured and handed over to her mother, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (AE) // True Copy // / /2021 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) akv/ebsi Note:
