RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of time in the Crl.O.P.No. 8626 of 2022 dt. 11/05/2022 for appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai with surety in Crime.No.805 of 2022 on the file of Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S RAJAN.V.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. After getting anticipatory bail from this Court, due to pregnancy, the first petitioner's wife admitted in the hospital, for which, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8626 of 2022 dated 11.05.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8626 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
