ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph Nos.6(i) and (ii) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4873 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.438 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The conditions imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph Nos.6(i) and 6(ii) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4873 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.438 of 2025 are modified as follows : " 6(i). The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai. 6(ii). The petitioner and the sureties shall file an affidavit before the respondent police that she will not misuse this liberty and will not indulge in any further offence after coming out from the jail. Such affidavit shall be filed within a period of one week from the date of her release from the jail."
