The show cause notice dated 30.09.2020 issued by the respondent seeking explanation from the writ petitioner regarding the proposed punishment of termination is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was terminated from service on 09.04.2021 and the writ petitioner filed another Writ Petition challenging the termination in W.P. (MD) No. 8996 of 2021.

3. This being the factum, the cause arose did not exist in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
