This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue legal heir certificate based on the petitioner's application dated 27.03.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that his wife died on 03.08.2002, leaving behind the petitioner and her two sons as her legal heirs. The petitioner has submitted the application dated 27.03.2017 before the respondent for getting legal heir certificate. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. 4.At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, directs the petitioner to produce the required documents before the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such production, the respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.03.2017 within a period of three weeks thereafter and if no impediment, shall issue legal heir certificate. 6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
