O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to correct the wrong entry made in the death certificate, based on the petitioner's application dated 04.08.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The case of the petitioner is that in the death certificate of his mother, the name of his father has been mentioned as Azhaharsamy instead of Murugesan and in order to correct the same, he has given a representation dated 04.08.2017 to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to produce relevant documentary evidence before the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such production, the respondents shall consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.08.2017 within a period of six weeks thereafter.

6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
