Prayer in CRL A(MD). 571/ 2022 :

To call for the records and set aside the judgment dated 07.04.2022 made in C.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 at Madurai in so far as the Appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court by order, dated 27.10.2022 granted interim suspension to the petitioner with a condition to make the payment to the depositors. After that order, the petitioner has made a payment of Rs.61,50,000/-. So there is the bonafide on the part of the petitioner. Hence, for payment of remaining amount the matter stands adjourned to 10.08.2023.

2. In view of the above said compliance, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11296 of 2022, dated 27.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
