for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in Cr.No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that there was money transaction between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and based on the complaint, they have initiated petition enquiry on 03.06.2024 and the same is pending. 3.Since the respondent Police has not registered any case as on date, there is no apprehension of arrest.
