ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 23 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The petitioner's earlier two anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner's third petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 28.04.2018. This is the fourth petition for anticipatory bail. I do not find any change in circumstances.
