ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 3rd respondent's husband viz., Rajarajan is having some sort of illegal intimacy with this petitioner, over which, there was a issue between the parties. He would further submit that it is case of case and counter and the investigation of the case is pending.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that third respondent trespassed into the house of the petitioner and snatched the jewels and also attacked her. Now, the petitioner taking treatment in the hospital. In spite of that the 2nd respondent is harassing her by calling her for enquiry. 2/4

4. Since it is a case and counter case, both the parties shall appear before the 2nd respondent police and co-operate with them for completing the process of enquiry. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, the petitioner shall work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. In such circumstances, there is no harassment to the petitioner.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
