ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of 1/4

the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.24036 of 2023, dated 04.10.2023.

2. The Managing Director, Respondent Transport Corporation has filed an counter affidavit and the relevant portion, para 4 of the counter affidavit is extracted as follows:

"4. ... Hence, in order to comply the order of Hon'ble Court, the Respondent taken efforts to settle payment in 5 installments. Thereby a sum of Rs.18141/- was already remitted on 09.08.2024 and 16.08.2024 towards difference in gratuity and Leave Salary. The balance amount payable to the petitioner is only Rs.72,564/-. I undertake that the balance amount will be settled to the petitioner before December 2024, i.e. Rs.18141/- in September 2024, Rs.18141/- in October 2024, Rs.18141/- in November 2024 and Rs.18141/- in December 2024."
