This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Nutrition Centre Organizer in the second respondent school, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2017. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she participated in the selection process for the post of Nutrition Centre Organizer and her candidature was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.09.2017 to the respondents. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2017 in accordance with law.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that totally 17 persons had applied for the post of Noon Meal Organizer, out of which, 13 persons were attended the interview. As per G.O.Ms.No.4, Social Welfare and Nutritious Noon Meal Dept., dated 06.01.2011, to fill Noon Meal Posts for the aided Minority Schools, the District Collector has to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.19386 of 2017 send the list of those people, who attended the interview to the Management of that aided Minority School. Accordingly, the District Collector has sent the list of five candidates, out of 13 candidates, to the Wake Board. Till date, the Wake Board have not forwarded any list to the District Collector and hence, he could not fill up the said post.
5.In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to make a representation to the Wake Board as well as the District Collector/first respondent and if any such representation is received, the first respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
