This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the application given by the petitioner, dated 22.05.2023 and survey the property in R.S.No. 135/3A2 at Thankatchi Madam Village, Pamban Revenue Village, Rameshwaram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, measuring 25 cents and covered in patta No.9312. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents stated that land has been sub divided and patta stands in the name of the petitioner.

3.A direction is given to the respondent to act further to the application of the petitioner herein and conduct necessary survey and conclude the entire exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
