ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the current paper is pending for enquiry in current paper No. 9603/2025.

2.In view of the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner by specifically mentioning date and time of appearance. On receipt of summons, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry before the respondent police and the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Till such time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
