ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to pay the amount which was deposited in the name of the petitioner's husband in account No.1273837 in the second respondent post office with interest.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication, since the issue has already been settled.
3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed. No costs.
