This writ petition filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari and its subordinates to permit the petitioner for transporting the M.Sand and Crusher items on road form Kanyakumari to Trivandrum on production of transit pass in Form-F. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for positive direction against the respondents, however he restricts his claim only to issue a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2017 and pass orders within stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the above said relief can be granted as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Accordingly, I am inclined to direct the authorities concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2017 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
