PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 110 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 329 (4), 296(b), 115(2) 118 (1) and 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.110 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on the information received from the daughter of the defacto complainant's aunt that some persons trespassed into their house, the defacto complaint rushed to there and when the defacto complainant questioned the accused persons, they abused him in filthy language, threatened him and also assaulted him, thereby caused injury. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent seriously objected the bail application by stating that it is a case and case in counter. The petitioners fabricated the sale agreement and tried to trespass into one 2/3
Thanalakshmi's house, who is aunt of the defacto complainant and attacked them. She further stated that A1 is having 8 previous cases.
4. Taking into consideration of the serious offence and also the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
