O R D E R
This writ petitioner is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the third respondent and the petitioner herein.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.306 of 2021 and now the same is undertaken by the Social Welfare Department for conciliation process and the first sitting was held on 29.09.2021 and was adjourned to 30.09.2021 and still the same is pending.
3. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the petitioner has filed anticipatory bail before this Court and as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.14962 of 2021 per the order of this Court now conciliation process was undertaken by the District Social Welfare Department and therefore the matter has become infructuous.
4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since no case has been registered against him, the matter may be kept pending.
5. Since the relief sought for in this petition is against only police, conciliation process has been undertaken by the District Social Welfare Department, the petitioner's grievance against the third respondent is not existing. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum 6.This petition is disposed of as infructuous.No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
