2. The petitioner seeks correction in the UDR. The third respondent is the authority competent to do so. The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation before the third respondent. On receipt thereof, the third respondent will pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
