For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1706 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 109, 294(b), 307, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1706 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him with sword and caused injuries. Hence, the present complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. CRL OP(MD). No.11954 of 2020 in this case. Hence, he seek for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having three previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
