This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondents to survey the petitioner's property in Survey No.594/4C measuring 15 cents in Karungalakudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District and sub divide and to grant separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is claiming right over the said land through the settlement deed executed by her mother. The gift deed was executed on 2/5

08.12.2006 and the same is registered.

3.Therefore, the respondents are directed to survey the property and issue patta within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
