ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 32 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek/s anticipatory bail.

3.The petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed by me on 03.09.2020. It was dismissed on 21.02.2020. This is the third petition for anticipatory bail. I do not find any change in circumstances.
