ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the subject properties and issue Patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the application submitted by her on 24.07.2021.

2. Heard Ms.Abiya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent will convey the decision to the petitioner with regard to the survey that is sought for by her, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to convey the decision to the petitioner with regard to the survey of the subject properties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
