ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the third condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.2518 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition no.3 imposed on the petitioner directing him to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of one month from the date of his release is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kanchipuram, daily at 10.00 a.m., (*)for a period of one month. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
