ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.3351 of 2024, dated 15.02.2024 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court, dated 15.02.2024, has been duly complied with by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2454/2024/A5, dated 12.09.2024 and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court. 3.As the order passed by this Court had already been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, dated 12.09.2024, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
