ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is the half-sister of the deceased Padmavathi and she was having a safe deposit locker arrangement with the respondent Bank. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent Bank to permit her to operate the same.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank produced a copy of the safe deposit locker agreement entered into between the deceased Padmavathi and the respondent Bank. In the said agreement, nomination column is blank. In other words, the writ petitioner has not been shown as a nominee. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily file a succession original petition and get relief. No relief can be granted in this writ proceedings. Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 01.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga 2/4
