This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 19.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No. unnumbered of 2018 and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam to number the same.

2.It is seen from the records that the learned Magistrate has returned the papers stating that offences are not made out. Hence returned. If it is so, it is for the petitioner to convince the learned Magistrate how the offence are made out and re-present the papers and if the learned Magistrate is convinced, he shall take the papers on file.

3.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
