Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 herein to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent to cancel the sale deed vide Document No.1896/2017 dated 26.09.2017 comprised in Survey No.398/7 situated at Melathaniam Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District - 622 002 on the basis of the Circular issued by the first respondent dated 03.11.2011 and based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sivakumar For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 herein to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent and cancel the sale deed vide Document No.1896/2017 dated 26.09.2017 in respect of the land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

comprised in Survey No.398/7 situated at Melathaniam Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District - 622 002, on the basis of the Circular issued by the first respondent dated 03.11.2011 and based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2017. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. In view of the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) has already been withdrawn and nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication. 4.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
