This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime 1/4

No.486 of 2023 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner/A2 is concerned.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,01.10.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III Court, Tiruchirappalli through E-filing No. CRLMP/43294/2023, dated 04.10.203.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 01.10.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
