ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed in the order of suspension of sentence passed by the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.2578 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025.

A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner had been directed to deposit 10% of the cheque amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magistrate level, Palani, on or before 09.01.2026. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the same was not communicated by the learned Counsel to the petitioner and therefore, he could not comply with the said order. He further submits that he would comply with the order, if additional time is granted to him.

In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, dated 17.12.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.2578 of 2025 on or before 25.06.2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
