Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 (1)(b) r/w 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and set aside the conditions (d) and (e) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1337 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Madurai in Crime No.97 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. For Petitioners : Mr.A.Murugan For R1 & R2 : Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER The petitioners have filed this petition in order to set aside the conditions (d) and (e) that have been imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.1337 of 2022.

2.The grievance of the petitioners is that while passing orders, the learned trial Judge imposed conditions upon the petitioners stating that they must appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. They were also directed to furnish the residence address to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Peraiyur and they should not enter into their village, unless they were summoned for the peace committee meeting arranged by the authority.

3.If it is so, the petitioners can approach the concerned Court for modification. If their request is rejected by the concerned Court, then only they can approach this Court. Directly approaching this Court for modification of the conditions that have been imposed by the trial Court or other Court may not be proper.

4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
