ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.61/2024 dated 21.02.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent has to be transferred to the file of the 3rd respondent or to any other competent investigation agency.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was closed as 'Further action dropped' on 21.12.2024, before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed.
