ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.6427 of 2026, dated 16.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
