RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.(c) made in order dated 21.06.2019 in Crl.OP (MD)No.8279 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Pamban Police daily at 10.30p.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(C) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.8279 of 2018 on 21.06.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8118 of 2019 pertaining to the crime number 31 of 2019 on the file of the Pamban Police Station directed the petitioners to report before the Pamban Police Station daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that subsequently the petitioners have moved Crl.O.P(MD) No. 8729 of 2019 seeking bail pertaining to Crime number 21 of 2019 on the file of the Thangachimadam Police Station and in that petition while granting bail to the petitioners this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed the petitioners to report before the Inspector of Police, Thangachimadam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the petitioners are not in a position to comply with the said conditions simultaneously and hence he requested to modify the said conditions to enable the petitioners to appear before any one of the police stations

3. Considering the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8729 of 2019 is modified to the effect that petitioners shall report before the Pamban Police Station daily a 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter they shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
