ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 and 3 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 15.06.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 15.06.2021, enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and the same was closed.

3.On a perusal of the complaint revealed that entire allegations are as against the third respondent and as such, the petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14985 of 2021 4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.06.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
