ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in its order dated 20.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23352 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed on him regularly without any default. He further submitted that the petitioner, being the sole breadwinner of his family, is unable to attend any job due to the condition requiring him to appear before the respondent police daily. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the present petition, condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23352 of 2025, dated 20.04.2026, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of every English calendar month until the filing of the charge sheet.

5. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 09-06-2026 (2/5) mkn 3/4
