ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties concerned.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that earlier there was a complaint in respect of the same issue and that enquiry was conducted and closed. He would further submit that other than enquiry, the respondent Police are not harassing the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
