ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 123/2024 from the 2nd Respondent to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30/5/2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and a referred charge sheet was also filed before the learned Special Judge for SC/ST Act cases, Ramanadhapuram.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed. If any petition is filed, the Special Judge for SC/ST Act 2/4

cases, Ramanadhapuram, is directed to dispose of the same on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
