PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned sale notice issued by the 2nd respondents dated 28.02.2023 subsequently, the 2nd respondent sold the petitioner's property to the 3rd respondent on 31.03.2023 and quash the same, which is arbitrary and illegal. 1/3
