PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from interfering with the professional practice of the members of the petitioner's association and from taking action in the name of Anti-quackery action against the members of the petitioner's association who are practicing their profession as per the Regulations passed by the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi and as per the Indian Medical Degrees (Madras Amendment) Act, 1940, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from interfering with the professional practice of the members of the petitioner's association and from taking action in the name of Anti-quackery action against the members of the petitioner's association who are practicing their profession as per the Regulations passed by the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi and as per the Indian Medical Degrees (Madras Amendment) Act, 1940, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing 2/4
the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's case and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
