(MD) No.6390 of 2022 dt.16/06/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6074 of 2022 dt.29/04/2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHARATHI.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6390 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6074 of 2022 dt.16.06.2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet filed and not taken on file.

CRL MP(MD) No.7940 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6390 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6074 of 2022 dt.16.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons.
