The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with the order dated 29.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.22021 of 2019.
2. In the event of the concerned authorities not complying with the order of this Court dated 29.01.2020 passed in W.P.(MD) No.22021 of 2019, the petitioner has to file a contempt petition. There cannot be a separate writ petition seeking a direction to implement the order passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition.
