Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a proceedings of the Assistant Director, Sericulture Department, Tenkasi, in e.f.vz;.2827/M/2017 dated 30.10.2017 and copy of the same has been served on the petitioner. 3.On perusal of the proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid proceedings the petitioner does not seek to prosecute the Writ Petition and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
